On the day of the Games, the Field will open to clans, vendors, and participants at 7:00 AM.
No vehicles will be allowed on the Field from 8:15 AM until the end of the closing ceremonies.
Please arrive early if you require setup.
All events will be held rain or shine. No refunds. NO PETS. Service Dogs are the exception.
People with pets will be asked to leave.
We ask that no personal tents or Canopies be set up around the main athletic field. Individuals and Groups can reserve a tent for a fee.
